How do I place an order with DWC Specialties?

 

DWC Customer Service Representatives are available Monday thru Thursday 8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (CST) & Friday 8:00 a.m.-Noon (CST) to assist you with ordering and product/account inquires.

When should I place my order?

 

We ask our customers who are getting direct delivery from us, to place your order by 12 p.m. CST the day before your scheduled delivery day. You can always contact us if you have questions regarding your delivery day.

 

Can I pick up my order rather than having it delivered?

 

Our customers are welcome to pick up product from our office between the hours of 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. All pick-ups need to be placed prior to your arrival.

 

How will I know if a product is not in stock?

 

If you order an item, and it wasn’t delivered it most likely is out of stock. On your invoice you will see the qty. ordered, in the next column you will see the qty. shipped. If the qty. shipped reads 0, we are out of stock of that item. In this case, the billing units and extended amount columns should also read 0.

 

Will my product that was out of stock automatically ship when more is received?

 

Unless your product was a special order item, your product will NOT automatically ship out when we receive more. We ask that you add the product to the next order you place. You can also contact us to see when we expect a specific product to be back in stock.

 

Can I place any special orders?

 

Special Order items require a 1 to 6 week lead time. All special order items will be delivered on the next available delivery day upon being received by our office.

 

Can I return a special order?

 

Unfortunately, special order items are non-returnable to suppliers they get ordered from. Which makes them non-returnable to DWC Specialties as well. Special orders offer more opportunities and also require working closely with our staff to ensure satisfaction each time.
