Pineapple Espresso & Tonic

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz. Brewed Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate
  • 2 oz. Pineapple Syrup
  • 5 oz. Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the espresso or coffee with the syrup and set aside
  2. Fill glass with ice and add Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
  3. Slowly poor the coffee and syrup mixture into the glass
  4. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple (optional)
