Caramel Apple Matcha Float

INGREDIENTS

  • Caramel sauce
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Sparkling apple cider
  • Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Tenzo matcha powder
  • 2 oz. hot water

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small pitcher combine hot water and matcha powder together with a whisk until well combined
  2. In a glass, drizzle caramel sauce over the edges, then fill with a couple scoops of vanilla ice cream
  3. Pour sparkling apple cider into glass, leave room for matcha
  4. Top off with matcha and whipped cream
  5. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon
