Pineapple Espresso & Tonic
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz. Brewed Espresso or Cold Brew Concentrate
- 2 oz. Pineapple Syrup
- 5 oz. Top Note Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the espresso or coffee with the syrup and set aside
- Fill glass with ice and add Bitter Lemon Tonic Water
- Slowly poor the coffee and syrup mixture into the glass
- Garnish with dehydrated pineapple (optional)
