Matcha Berries & Cream

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or whole milk or alt. milk)
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tbp Tenzo Matcha
  • 3-4 oz. water
  • 1/2 cup ice

DIRECTIONS

  1. Thaw berries in microwave for about 40 seconds
  2. Pour berries into the bottom of the glass and mash with a muddler
  3. Add ice, pour in maple syrup and cream/milk
  4. Make matcha by combining powder and hot water together with whisk and then pour into glass to top off and serve
