Strawberry Coconut Cream Matcha

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/3 cup full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp Tenzo matcha tea powder
  • 2 oz. hot water
  • Ice to fill the glass

DIRECTIONS

  1. Fill bottom of the glass with sliced strawberries,use muddler to mash strawberries
  2. In a separate glass, whisk together Tenzo matcha tea powder with hot water until well combined
  3. In a separate glass whisk together coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla powder until thick and foamy
  4. Fill the glass with ice
  5. Pour coconut mixture over top, then top off with matcha tea mixture
